Nice Congo chair in birch by Ilmari Tapiovaara for Asko in the 1960s. This smart construction consists of two parts that are put together without any screws and can be easily shipped or stored. The design is inspired by chairs of the tribes of West African Leaders. This chair is in good condition with some wear and tear due to its age. When preferred, we can restore some of the lacquer.
