A wonderfully detailed, large, leather wrapped, trunks up, elephant figurine with piercing blue marble eyes. We found Ellie at an estate sale in Boston where she had resided in the home library - toting those large books around, undoubtedly! Ellie measures approximately 31" tall from the floor to the tip of her trunk, 25" wide from tusk to tail, and 10.5" deep. A very unique accent piece, Ellie is in excellent estate condition with only slight abrasions on one ear where it appears the ear could have been slightly repaired, as shown in the pictures. The tusks appear to be either a marble or plastic composite of some type; the ears are also made of a very thin, flexible leather, enhancing the realistic look of the figurine. See less
