Power Color 1: Love is Real is here to remind us that love is not just some fancy, floaty idea. It is real, and it does real work, has real power, and is essential for us humans. We need it, and we can and must keep learning to be ridiculously generous in giving it.
Like power poses, power suits and power chords, the pieces in this Power Color series mean business. They’re sturdy, strong and bold. They’re meant to help ground us and remind us of deep truths about what humans are for and what we can do.

Printed with pigment inks on thick, 100% cotton fine art paper. The work is archival, made with care, and made to last.

Jessica Poundstone lives in Portland, Oregon. Her work has been featured by Anthropologie, Real Simple, SFMOMA, designlovefest & Origin Magazine, and she was named a Top 100 Artist by Saatchi Art. "I believe art is part of a self-care practice that changes the way we see, think & feel - and ultimately changes us!
