We are selling this rare and early hand colored lithograph of Albany New York. This early print is after the watercolor "East Side Market Street from Maiden Lane South, Albany, 1805" by James Eights which is currently in the Albany Institute of HIstory and art. This rare print is unusual and I can't find any other examples.
Condition: Some fading and age related wear, has not been examined outside of the frame.
