Crafted on a tall scale, it was designed for a spacious interior, and is set upon handsome lions' paws serving as feet. The boldly molded top surface is enhanced by a tier of Italian-style dentil molding. Below that appears the drawer tier, with two drawers carved with rosettes in a Greek coin pattern, a motif that is duplicated on the corners and center stile in the cabinet section below. Beautiful angel faces in relief flank the drawers, with an heraldic family crest appearing at the center between the drawers. Below, turned columns set in their own corner niches provide a framework for the unadorned cabinet doors, fitted with turned, centered knobs and enhanced only by the aforementioned rosettes in Greek coin form. Doors open to reveal a spacious interior. Bold base molding with carved corners encircles the entire casework just above the lions' paws to complete the look.
