Matador is an original artwork realized by Josè Guevara in 1971 . Colored lithograph on paper. Edited by Fondazione Di Paolo. Hand-signed in pencil on the lower left. Numbered on the lower right. Edition 10/150. Good conditions. The artwork is a typical composition realized by Josè Guevara during the 1990s. It represents one of his favorite themes in his art: Spanish traditions and customs. In this colored lithograph, Guevara represents a bullfighting scene; in the center, a bullfighter in his typical garment is fighting against a bull. On the background, the silhouettes of the spectators in the arena. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
