Cast in bright hues of red, yellow, and blue, Mary Faulconer's rowboats pulled up onto the sand of a beach bring out the colorful, but muted, representations of Victorian beach houses lining the nearby street. Rendered in hues of blue, green, cream, and pink, the Victorian houses contribute to the nautical feel of the print by complimenting the colorful boats and contrasting with the neutral shades of the sand and stone below.
