Very Rare Early 19thc French Antique style of Baccarat Glass/ Crystal Chandelier. 6 classic rope twist arms.. 3 Purple arms, … Read more Very Rare Early 19thc French Antique style of Baccarat Glass/ Crystal Chandelier. 6 classic rope twist arms.. 3 Purple arms, candle cups, bobesche and the central body. Shades of reddish purple and clear shades. 3 clear arms, bobesche and candle cups. All elements are hand painted in white floral enamel. Original parts but I believe that the very bottom bowl may have been changed. This chandelier is in its original unelectrified state and we will have our electrician professionally wire this piece for electric. There are already small drilled holes into the candle cup for the electric work to be done, somebody started to electrify but did not finish. The purple rope twist arms raise higher than the clear arms a bit. This gives the chandelier a stunning look.
Tall wind shades 3 in purple/ rose tint and 3 clear - again all elements hand panted floral.
I purchased an estate of a very high end collector/ dealer in Paris that was liquidating and I purchased all of the antique Baccarat. See less
