A Royal Vienna Porcelain Cabinet Plate depicting a Beauty and a Cupid embracing.
The plate has a polychrome border with enameled jeweling and raised gold.
The interior has an extraordinarily painted scene of a beautiful woman in bed, wearing night clothes and embracing a cupid - a beautiful allegory of romantic or erotic feelings.

The plate is in overall very good, as-pictured used estate condition with no chips, cracks or repairs.
Condition Details:
There is some very minor rubbing to the gold. Otherwise, there are a few very fine and light glaze and surface scratches here and there, and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age.
