The only drawback is the broken end of the tail.
German AK Kaiser mark number 676 or 616.
The numbers 68 are stamped on the left front foot.
There is also a signature, most likely by the author, on the back left side of the doggy's bottom
Kw. K or other \. Perhaps misinterpreted.
