Composition is a contemporary artwork realized by Umberto Mastroianni. Mixed colored lithograph. Hand-signed by the artist on the lower left in pencil. Numbered on the lower right in pencil. Edition 95/99. Good conditions. Umberto Mastroianni (Fontana Liri 21 sept. 1910 - Marino 25 feb. 1998) was a sculptor, painter and Italian partisan, recipient of many honors. After the war, the artist, through his artworks, was one of the most faithful to the moral meaning of the Resistance. In 1971 the city of Frosinone entrusted him with the execution of the monument to the "Fallen of All Wars". In 1989 he obtained the Japanese "Imperial Prize", a sort of Nobel Prize of the Rising Sun. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
