A pair of colored engravings framed behind glass depicting Ramprechtus and Hetoprechtus in suits of armor to one and Rudolph I, King of Bohemia and Duke of Austria to the other. The pair is part of a series created for Francesco Terzis’ Austriacae gentis imagines. Began in 1558 and published in 1568.
Dimensions: 20” W x 27” H x 1” D (frame), 15” W x 20.5” H (print)
Condition: Good, small water stain to one paper.
The label is from a framing shop in Bocca Raton, FL, which is under a new name since the original Arteriors framing was purchased in 2020. You can call to confirm at 561-750-1554. Not to be confused with the Arteriors Home Decor.
