This matte black basalt stoneware box has a gold Egyptian Revival raised relief is by Wedgwood, made 1978, England. Box is beautiful as a standalone piece or for jewelry or other small items on a desk, vanity, nightstand table, etc. With maker's mark on bottom, "Wedgwood", "England", "78", as shown in images, #8, 9, and 10. Made in England.
