BIO:
John Luke Eastman
His career has spanned over 60 years with collectors including Raquel Welch, Tony Perkins, Timothy Leory, Johnathan Winters, Lalo Schifrin, Liza Minelli, and Regis Philbin. John Luke Eastman is a Southern California artist whose unique style and creative outputs began to gain attention during the mid-sixties in California. By the early seventies the name Eastman has gradually found its way into most major galleries across the U.S.A. The momentum is accelerating now towards the international scene … Japan, South America, Middle East and European countries are all receiving his works with great enthusiasm.
A graduate of UCLA with a degree in graphic arts, he was a successful fashion illustrator and art director for a prestigious department store in Los Angeles, before turning his full attention to fine art.
He continues to be inspired by the fashion industry and in turn his paintings have been incorporated into new pieces for the fashion runway as well as lager pieces for home décor.
