This is a tall vintage decorative jug. A German, ceramic lava pattern serving ewer or vase, dating to the late 20th century, circa 1970.

Displaying a desirable aged patina and in good order
Mottled ceramic ground in bright amber hues
Darker decorative bands contrast against the ribbed form
Shaped pouring handle unites the tapering neck to the body
