A large, powerfully affecting sculpture of an eagle perched and preparing to take off. (Not signed or numbered.) I have included a photo of a soda can in one shot to give you an idea of the scale of this sculpture; casting anything this size costs a fortune these days. But this isn't just anything: the artist has wonderfully captured the power and tension of this beautiful bird. The base is also bronze, and is integrated with the rest of the sculpture. It is a very substantial piece, solid and heavy and weighing in at over 30 pounds of bronze! See less
