Solomon " Sol " LeWitt ( 1928 - 2007 ) was an American artist of a Russian Jewish background, linked to various movements, including Conceptual Art and Minimalism. LeWitt came to fame in the late 1960's with his Wall Drawings and " Structures " but was prolific in a wide range of mediums including drawing, printmaking, photography, painting, installation, and artist's books. Artworks by LeWitt have been the subject of hundreds of solo exhibitions in many of the most prestigious museums and galleries around the world since 1965.

The rare out of print framed Modernist poster print measures 22 1/4" W X 33 1/4" H X 1 3/8" D. It is custom framed with UV protective plexiglass in a Contemporary Modern matte brushed finish black metal frame molding, with an attached hanging wire on the reverse back side for easy wall installation.

It is in excellent " like new " condition. The poster print is in excellent " like new " very clean condition. It is brand newly custom framed and has never been displayed. Please see photos for condition reference. It is now being offered here for an excellent price. See less
