There are four locking drawers and a small fifth compartment which does not lock. This handsome chest is 48” wide x 32” high x 23” deep. It has ornate, finely detailed reproduction solid brass hardware, keyed locks and a “secret” compartment. It is in excellent vintage condition, dating from the 1980’s. The cabinet company’s website indicates that in the 1980’s it was selected to provide furniture for the U.S. Embassy in Paris, France. See less
