Vintage Trenton Pottery seafood serving plate, USA, circa 1930s–1940s.
Designed in a sculptural clam shell form, this piece features a raised perforated well intended for serving oysters, shrimp, or shellfish with proper drainage or ice. A classic example of American hotel and restaurant ware, both functional and visually striking.
Made of heavy glazed ceramic in a clean white finish.
