The urn shaped mortar with rich patina has a wonderful warmth and feel.
Both pieces are hand hewn and have smooth worn patinas
The antique wood bowl base being ergonomically carved for holding with your hand.
Great patina this kind of mortar were used to grind spices.
Nicely carved, beautiful warm patina. Age cracks running on the side which can be seen in the images.
