Rare needlepoint in petit point and needlepoint. Colors are still vibrant and the image is strikingly beautiful. The old label was still attachedd to the dry brown paper that has been taken off the back to show the back of the framed piece. The label read, A. REINES, picture framer, and art dealer, window shades, and mirrors. Address: 536 Cookaman Ave., Asbury Park, New Yoirk. ( Love the label!). This is a very unusual textile in that it almost appears to be a woolly, although on close inspection, it is. not.
