Devotion is original lithograph realized by Denis Auguste Marie Raffet in 1849. Signed on the plate on the lower left. Titled on the lower. Good condition. An interesting Lithograph of the French old master, Auguste Raffet, created through precise and soft strokes, make the feeling of the scene and inspired by his patriotism. Denis Auguste Marie Raffet (1804 – 1860) was a French old master who specialized in lithograph, inspired by his patriotism: he was the official illustrator of the Napoleonic campaigns, from Egypt to Waterloo. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
