Interesting colored litograph, representing a landscape of the Sicilian town of Scicli. Hand-signed and numbered with pencil on lower margin by the Italian artist, Virgilio Guidi. Edition of 148 prints. On the ''Reisga'' stationary paper. In excellent condition. Virgilio Guidi (Rome, 1892 - Venice, 1984) was an Italian painter and teacher at the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice. He took part in many important Italian exhibitions and was a member of the Novecento movement. He was very close to the Roman circle of the Comet of the Countess Anna Laetitia Pecci-Blunt. See less
