Le Crete a Monte Oliveto
Mixed-color lithograph, 1970s, by Orfeo Tamburi (Jesi 1910 – Paris 1994). Hand-signed, numbered 13/100 lower left. Published and printed by Graphis Arte, Livorno. From the portfolio Paesaggi di Toscana. Excellent condition.
Orfeo Tamburi was an Italian painter and set designer, active in Rome and later Paris. Exhibited at the Venice Biennale and Rome Quadrennial, he became known for landscapes, city views, and portraits. He also illustrated literary works and received the First Class Gold Medal for Culture and Art from the Italian Republic.
