This lamp was marketed in the usa by koch+lowy under the name helvetica.

cubic floor lamp with illuminated openings. The lamp body is made of painted sheet steel. The cube balances on finely finished feet. The opal acrylic hoods are held from the inside with clips and fit flush into the openings. A special detail is the wide chamfer on the inside at the edge of the openings. The position and curvature of the individual hoods are adapted to each other in such a way that the observer is given the impression of a complete sphere within the cube. The body is open at the bottom, creating a square carpet of light underneath the luminaire that makes it stand out visually from the floor.
the lamp is in very good condition with signs of wear and patina.
