Imposing Spiral Bulb floor or table lamp by lighting designer Ingo Maurer.
A spherical diffuser is enthroned on a massive, chrome-plated spiral. The glass is structured, which gives the light a special effect. The heaviness of the luminaire is contrasted here by the lightness of the design. The open shape of the spiral, the glass as well as the chrome play with reflection and transparency. The cable runs deliberately visible inside the spiral and emerges from the side. The lamp has a cord switch. The glass is probably not the original glass. This piece has an attribution mark,
