The würthembergische metallwaren fabrik, called wmf, was the largest manufacturer of glass and metal household goods in germany. From the tradition of art glass studios, e.g. Wmf ikora, the vase series comes from designs by erich jachmann, a former employee of wilhelm wagenfeld. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
issues arising from misattribution
