This metal garden lounge chair is a sitting machine from the 1950s.
It is a great design and very comfortable.
The black lacquered metal frame is beautifully detailed. The strong fabric seat is still original and easily removable. We have washed it several times, but the old stains remain, a patina of almost 70 years.
The chair is marked Ergelax, Simbag.
