Pair of original Corolla Lounge Chairs from the 1970s, designed by I.P.E Italia. Founded in Bologna in 1959 by brothers Pompeo and Vittorio Cavalli, the company became known for its pioneering modular seating designs.
The Corolla model is one of the firm's most iconic designs, originally conceived as part of a modular seating system that could be combined to form a larger sofa. Crafted with a tubular steel frame, its Space Age aesthetic is softened by organic curves. Recently restored and reupholstered in vintage chocolate-brown curly bouclé fabric.
