Arts & Crafts oak bookcase, circa 1920, with a single glazed door and dark stained wood finish. The freestanding cabinet has a molded cornice with a reeded frieze, a rectangular glazed front, and shaped feet. Inside are four fixed shelves for books or display. The warm oak grain remains visible beneath the dark finish, while the restrained form and decorative upper molding reflect the period’s interest in practical furniture with crafted detail. The bookcase is unsigned.
