An antique Windsor armchair from the 19th century, dating from around 1850. A beautiful example of traditional English furniture from the Victorian era, distinguished by its exquisite craftsmanship, noble materials, and unique patina. The armchair is made of yew wood, valued in English furniture making for its beautiful grain, durability, and warm, deep colors. The distinctive, high, arched backrest with a series of slender rungs is enhanced by a striking, openwork carved centerpiece.
