A glorious floral hatbox with lid and silk rope. A vintage design by Angela Staehling in 2006. The top reads Maisons des Jardins with illustrations of peonies in an urn.
The interior has beautiful, script calligraphy. The sides of the box have illustrations of garden herbs, house of Orchids and fleurs de Provence.
Angela is an American Fine Artist, Art Director and Entrepreneuer. She is known for her vibrant and nature-inspired style. A BFA graduate of the University of Illinois and studied in the United Kingdom. The label on the base reads: 2006 Angela Staehling. Licensed to TriCoastal Designs. Made in China. In near mint, with minimal scuff marks. There is no serious damage or repairs.
