Make an unforgettable statement with this sculptural Rococo Revival chaise lounge, a true showpiece in the tradition of the French salon. The sinuous S-curved frame is hand-carved in solid wood with a warm honey finish, and the entire side is a breathtaking open-work composition of full-blooming roses, acanthus scrolls, and flowing foliage. Dramatic volute scrolls form the feet and the rolled headrest, giving the piece a sense of movement from every angle. The long, gently sloped seat and curved head are deeply button-tufted and upholstered in soft ivory velvet, finished with a braided cream gimp trim. A coordinating accent pillow is included, as pictured.
