Add a spectacular wash of atmospheric warmth to your interior with this exceptional pair of vintage 1970s ceramic table lamps. Rooted in the rich botanical aesthetics of Mid-Century Modern and coastal Florida design, these large-scale pottery lamps are true showstoppers both day and night.
The main bodies are beautifully slip-glazed in an organic, lightly speckled oatmeal cream tone. They are decorated with striking, hand-painted espresso brown cattails and reeds that wind dramatically around the form. What makes this pair truly rare and collectible is the dual-light functionality: the prominent cattail tips feature recessed, pierced cut-outs that allow an integrated inner night-light bulb to glow right through the base, throwing beautiful ambient light and accentuating the silhouette.
A toggle switch near the base cord allows you to operate the top bulb alone, the inner base bulb alone for a cozy evening glow, or both simultaneously. The lamps come complete with their original neutral fabric woven latticework shades, which give off a lovely textured diffuse light but can easily be changed out to suit your preferred decor style.
