A smooth, bowl-like hollow is carved into the top, while rounded scoops are scalloped into the sides, creating a play of curves against the crisp geometry of the block. Light refracts through the thick acrylic in soft prismatic flashes of pale blue and amber, and the transparent mass gives the piece a sculptural, weighty feel. The polished surfaces retain a clear, glassy finish.
