They … Read more This is a set of 2 French vintage fashion prints from the House of Lanvin that date to 1991. They originally appeared in a French haute couture publication from that date. They are NOT recent reproduction prints. They are illustrated and signed by the well known fashion illustrator Joe Eula. Eula was an American fashion illustrator, graphic artist and costume designer who worked for Halston for over a decade and illustrated for Vogue, Harpers, etc. He sketched for Chanel, Dior, Givenchy and many other leading fashion houses. He is known as a "runway artist" as his lightening-fast speed of sketching capture the fluidity of fashion. These prints indeed capture the movement of the Lanvin designs. He is also known for his use of watercolor. The models strut the runway with a wonderful sense of style and a bit of attitude. They make for wonderful wall decor for today's vintage clothing collector or fashionista. They are in pristine condition. They measure 9 x 11.5 inches in size. Come affixed to acid free paper ready for matting/framing. See less
