Original antique chromolithographs from Albert Racinet’s Le Costume Historique, published in Paris by Firmin-Didot et Cie, circa 1888. Renowned for its richly detailed illustrations, Racinet’s monumental six-volume work documented the historical costumes, decorative arts, furnishings, and customs of civilizations throughout the world.
