Attributed to Old Hickory Tannery, this is a handsome high quality leather large settee or double arm chaise lounge. The outward curled gondola arms and tailored leather tight back and fluted carved wood frame borrow from Empire or Regency styles. There are wonderful details and craftsmanship in the nailheads and leather stitching, wooden scroll arms and cylindrical bolster pillows.
