This is supported on elaborately carved cabriole/scrolled trestle legs. An ornate, deeply contoured X-stretcher base anchors the frame with architectural flair.

CRAFTSMANSHIP: The console is built using a mix of premium solids and fine veneers. The tabletop was crafted from highly figured American black walnut burl veneer. The top is finished with cross-banded graining and dark perimeter inlay banding that outlines its complex shape. The base and apron are made of hand-carved solid walnut finished in a warm, rich "amaretto" or chestnut patina. The single central drawer is equipped with a pair of antiqued brass ring pulls.
