The cabinet is dry scraped to the original first layer of paint. The inside has a special shelf for spoons at the top. The lock is original to the cabinet and in fully functional condition. The wood is healthy and the frame is solid. The cabinet is in two parts. Manufactured, circa 1780. The larger drawer had its right knob changed during the 1800s. See less
