Elegant late 19th-century Scandinavian parlor table, believed to be walnut, featuring a beautifully shaped elongated oval top with graceful curved ends and rich reddish-brown wood grain.
The tabletop rests on two finely turned pedestal supports accented with contrasting ebonized details, connected by a decorative turned stretcher. The base features elegantly curved splayed legs, carved rosettes beneath the tabletop, and delicate pointed finials.
The combination of warm walnut tones, intricate turned woodwork, and distinctive architectural details gives this antique table a beautiful presence while maintaining elegant proportions.
