Handcrafted from papier-mâché and finished in natural brown tones, the figure depicts a reclining cow with softly modeled features and a wonderfully weathered patina acquired through decades of age and use. The stylized design, flattened underside, and absence of detailed legs suggest it was intended as a display model rather than a conventional sculpture.

The beautifully aged surface displays subtle craquelure, wear marks, and signs of its history, enhancing its decorative appeal and authenticity. Its compact size and strong silhouette make it an eye-catching piece for a variety of interiors.
