Joe Colombo’s iconic Elda swivel armchair, an original period Confort edition, acquired at Piasa in January 2024. Its original fiberglass shell, authenticated by Piasa, retains its original patina and is in excellent condition.
The upholstery was completely redone in 2026 in Hermès-sourced suede calfskin, in a warm terracotta shade. A distinctive example of collectible Italian design. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
designer records,
or other literature sources and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising
from
misattribution
