The Simpson, Hall, Miller & Co. company was a well-known silverware manufacturer founded in 1866 in Wallingford, Connecticut. "Quadruple Plate" was a premium Victorian manufacturing standard indicating that the base metal was heavily coated with four layers of pure silver for maximum durability. Over 100 years old.
