Dirk van Sliedregt (1920-2010) was a self made man who went from furniture maker to furniture designer to interior architect to teacher to Academy director. After the second world war period, Dirk van Sliedregt designed over 250 attractive pieces of furniture taking in consideration comfort, shortage of materials and lack of space. This 70 year old beauty is a one of those results. It is in great vintage condition and a jewel in just about any interior. Seating height is 44 cm. This piece has an attribution mark,
