A coastal interpretation of the traditional Christmas tree, this handmade piece features an intricate arrangement of natural seashells crowned with a slender white starfish.
Overlapping scallop shells in rose, mauve, and ivory create a richly textured backdrop for smaller spiral shells and sculptural shell forms in cream, peach, and warm golden tones. The variety of shapes, delicate ridges, and natural markings rewards a closer look, with a different arrangement to enjoy from every side.
Its tall, tapering silhouette makes a lovely focal point for a holiday console, mantel, or tabletop. Equally charming among year-round shell collections, it brings a little Old Florida spirit to seasonal decorating.
The underside bears handwritten initials and the date 2016.
