A modernist executive desk from the 1960s designed by pierre guariche’s arp (atelier de recherches plastiques) for the manufacturer minvielle, crafted from mahogany (1955). Simple design but very well-proportioned lines, featuring storage compartments and a suspended tabletop in dark gray “mahogany” laminate. Black steel frame on wooden glides. Very good vintage condition. Restoration: new varnish on the cabinets, drawers, and tabletop edges. The patina has been preserved. The tabletop has also been restored with a new laminate panel. The cabinets consist of two units: two units of 3 drawers each. Both locks are present; the keys are missing. The drawers have been checked and readjusted for smoother operation. Beautiful work surface. Dimensions in cm: w161, d71, h72. For easier handling, it is shipped disassembled into 4 parts: the two drawer units, the legs, and the tabletop. Easy to assemble.
