This vintage handcrafted green glass vessel brings the character of traditional glassblowing to a compact decorative form. Its rounded body rises to a softly scalloped rim, while the rich green color deepens toward the base. Small air bubbles within the glass reveal its handmade construction and give the surface subtle variation. The vessel’s substantial silhouette and luminous color make it an appealing accent for a shelf, console, desk, or tabletop, where it can be displayed on its own or used to hold a small arrangement. Its sculptural outline adds interest from every angle while remaining easy to place among books, ceramics, and collected objects.
Measuring approximately 6¼ inches wide, 6¼ inches deep, and 5½ inches high, the piece has a versatile scale for a bookcase or side table. The rounded profile is balanced by the irregular scalloped opening, and the changing green tone gives the glass depth as light moves across it. These details preserve the individual character of a hand-formed vessel without overwhelming a smaller vignette.
The original finish is well preserved, with a subtle patina appropriate for its age. Minor surface scratches and small air bubbles are present, consistent with hand-blown glass. No significant chips or cracks were observed. The vessel is offered in its inspected vintage condition, with its surface character and small manufacturing variations visible. Please review the product photographs as part of the condition assessment.
