Verdant green, earthy brown, and lighter cream tones reveal the onyx’s veining and subtle translucence, while the polished surface catches light softly. A gracefully rounded rim, slightly uneven from hand carving, adds an artisanal detail. Its Mid-Century Modern form keeps attention on the material and its organic pattern. Display it on a shelf, console, or tabletop as a decorative accent, or use it as a small functional vessel.

The stone’s shifting colors create visual depth without additional ornament. Its smooth finish and modest scale make it easy to place alone or alongside collected objects. The simple outline balances the lively pattern, and the softly curved body gives the vessel a tactile, grounded presence. Its vintage character comes through in the natural patina and the subtle irregularity of the hand-finished rim.

Measuring approximately 4.75 inches wide, 4.75 inches deep, and 5 inches high, this piece offers an engaging display in a small footprint. The surface remains smooth to the touch and shows minor wear consistent with age. It is structurally sound, with no visible chips or cracks. Natural green, brown, and cream variations make the polished onyx the defining feature. Use it as a decorative vessel or a sculptural accent among objects on a shelf or tabletop. See less
