Blending classical European architecture with mid-century drama, this statement fixture dates from circa 1950s–1960s and features an incredibly rare and elegant design.
The focal point of the piece is a central tiered band adorned with beautifully molded, translucent glass frosted seashell (palmette) crowns that brilliantly catch and diffuse the light. Below, a cascading "sac à perles" (bag of pearls) basket is meticulously crafted from graduated octagonal crystal strands, tapering down to a heavy faceted crystal ball finial. The main band is further accented by an array of long, crisp icicle prism drops that capture the light from every angle.
Perfect for adding a touch of coastal glamour, Parisian elegance, or dramatic mid-century flair to a dining room, entry foyer, or bedroom. See less
